Registered with the FCCPC as a credit intelligence platform. NDPC-accredited Data Controller. Every architectural choice in Mola traces back to a line in NDPA 2023, FCCPC DEON 2025, or NDPC GAID 2025.

BVN as a hash, not a number
We store SHA-256(salt + BVN) — never the raw BVN. Every lookup runs through the NIBSS iGree consent framework.
Read-only bank connection
Bank linking uses Mono Connect's PCI-DSS compliant OAuth. Mola never sees your credentials, never holds your money, never moves funds.
Data stays in Africa
All seller PII is stored in AWS af-south-1 (Lagos). Agent trace observability is self-hosted in GCP africa-south1. Never leaves except under Anthropic's enterprise DPA for LLM calls.
FCCPC DEON 2025, on record
Every score carries its reasoning trace. Every feature snapshot is retained for five years. Adverse action notices include two to four human-readable reason codes.
Walled per tenant
Row-level security in PostgreSQL. MCP-layer tenant enforcement. Claude literally cannot see another seller's data — the query never reaches the database.
Seller control, always
Any seller can disconnect any data source, request deletion, or close their account by sending a single WhatsApp message. Hard deletion completes within 72 hours.

Molarity is a Lagos-registered technology company building the financial intelligence layer for Nigeria's informal economy. We are not a lender. We hold no funds. We process no payments. We read alternative data with consent, compute a standardised credit signal, and deliver it to the sellers who produce it and the lenders who want to serve them.

We are registered with the Nigerian Data Protection Commission as a Data Controller, with the Corporate Affairs Commission as an incorporated entity, and are in the process of FCCPC registration under DEON 2025 as a credit intelligence platform.
